    Removal from the Courses

Investigation firms are similar to paramilitary organizations in that they deal with sometimes dangerous situations, use a variety of tactics and procedures that are well documented and proven, and have a chain of command.  In order to manage team safety and client confidentiality, trainees must follow directions and and act with integrity at all times.

Any of the following is grounds for immediate dismissal without appeal and without refund from the Strider courses:

    1. Failure to follow directions from a Strider Trainer or Strider PI.

    2. Undermining or in any way or negatively impacting the safety of other trainees or Strider team members.

    3. Lying or misrepresenting your background or past criminal activities in anyway on your application or verbally.

    4. Rejection by DPS based on your criminal background check (in this case, a 50% refund may be made if the course has just begun).

    5. Failure to complete course exercises in a reasonable amount of time.

    6. Failure to complete exercises with a minimum level of competence or attention.

    7. Threatening any StriderTeam Member of any member of the public during a training exercise.

    8. Getting charged with a misdemeanor or felony while in the course.

    9. Bringing a firearm or other weapon to a training session.
